I originally spotted this beautiful DIY idea in the May 2007 issue of Martha Stewart which makes for a great fabulously green gifting idea. A little rubber stamping goes a long way to give a second-hand book a first-rate look. No gift-wrapping required.
If you’re handy and artistically inclined, consider designing and carving your own stamps using the old-fashioned potato (fingerlings work nicely for small designs), or a white eraser.
